OUR PROCESS:
Pre-Production
We collaborated with MTM Recognition, a national leader in employee recognition solutions, to develop a suite of videos that communicate both their process and their purpose. From the Factory Tour and Brand Story to additional custom content, we worked closely with their team to identify key messages, plan interviews, and organize production schedules to ensure each video aligned with MTM’s values and goals.
Production
Our team filmed on location at MTM’s headquarters and manufacturing facility, capturing a range of visuals—from award production and craftsmanship to employee interviews and brand culture. We used cinema-grade cameras, drones, and studio lighting setups to bring a polished, authentic feel to each video. The result was a mix of content that celebrates MTM’s innovation, quality, and people.
Post-Production
In post, we created a cohesive set of branded videos including the Factory Tour, Brand Story, and other versatile assets used across MTM’s website, social media, internal communications, and client presentations. Each edit featured motion graphics, music, color grading, and consistent visual storytelling to reinforce MTM’s mission: recognizing people in meaningful ways.
