OUR PROCESS:
Pre-Production
Each year, we collaborate with Saint Simeon’s leadership and event team to prepare a heartfelt video for their annual banquet. We begin by identifying key themes, gathering interview subjects, and outlining a story that reflects the mission, community spirit, and impact of Saint Simeon. Our goal is to create a piece that honors residents, families, staff, and supporters.
Production
Behind-The-Scenes
Filming takes place on-site at Saint Simeon’s scenic Tulsa campus, capturing interviews with residents, caregivers, and donors, along with meaningful b-roll that showcases daily life and care. Using professional lighting, clear audio setups, and cinematic cameras, we ensure every moment feels personal, polished, and authentic to the spirit of their community.
Post-Production
In post, we craft a moving, story-driven video tailored to the banquet’s message and audience. Through thoughtful editing, soft color grading, and music that complements the emotion, we highlight the dignity and joy found at Saint Simeon. The final video serves as both a tribute and a tool for inspiration and fundraising, leaving a lasting impact on everyone in the room.
