THE PROCESS:
Pre-Production
Our collaboration with the City of Broken Arrow and their Economic Development Corporation (EDC) began with creative planning around the Be in BA campaign. We worked closely with city leaders to understand their goals, messaging, and key audiences. From storyboarding and script development to coordinating interviews and scouting locations, we laid the groundwork for a series of videos that highlight the city’s momentum and growth.
Production
Behind-The-Scenes
We produced a variety of videos—from State of the Union recaps to manufacturing highlights and Chamber of Commerce event coverage. Our team filmed across multiple locations, capturing local businesses, city officials, and community events using cinematic visuals, drone footage, and dynamic b-roll. Each video was designed to reflect the energy and pride of the Broken Arrow community.
Post-Production
Our editors brought everything together with clean cuts, color grading, and branded motion graphics that aligned with the “Be in BA” visual identity. We tailored each video for its specific audience—whether it was civic leaders, local businesses, or the broader community—ensuring a consistent, polished look across the campaign.
